A few customers lately have had trouble checking out. We are so very, very sorry if you've run into this problem!
Things to try first:
Are you definitely entering the "captcha" phrase correctly at the bottom of the page? If not, that results in a "wrong verification code" error.
Is your shipping address and ZIP code definitely correct? If not that can kerfuffle the shipping calculator.
If all else fails, please try closing and restarting your browser, or using a different browser.
We are working hard to find out what the issue is, but the nerds tell us we need more information to diagnose it. - First of all, if you send us the list of items you'd like to purchase we'll take care of it right away and send you a paypal invoice.
- Are you trying to create an account or simply fill out your shipping/billing info to checkout as a guest?
- What exactly is the problem or error message you're getting and exactly when?
- What operating system, browser, and browser version are you running? Do you have any special security settings in effect?
